Welcome to UR/A Essentials! By shopping with us, you agree to the following terms:

1. Our Products

All of our skincare products are handcrafted in small batches with natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur — this is completely normal and part of the handmade process.

2. Orders & Payment

Full payment is required at checkout. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and other payment methods available at checkout.

3. Shipping

We process orders in the order they are received. Processing times are listed on each product page.

Some products (especially whipped butters) are sensitive to heat. We recommend choosing a shipping method that accounts for weather conditions. UR/A Essentials is not responsible for melting due to heat during transit.

4. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final due to the nature of our products.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email [your email] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

5. Allergies & Safety

Please review each ingredient list before purchasing. Our products are for external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. UR/A Essentials is not responsible for allergic reactions or misuse of our products.
