Processing Times

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Some of our items are made to order to ensure maximum freshness — this may extend processing time slightly. Please allow extra time during sales, promotions, or peak seasons.

Shipping Methods & Rates

We ship through USPS and UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight, packaging, and delivery location.

Heat-Sensitive Products

Products like whipped shea butter are sensitive to high temperatures. While we take steps to protect your order, UR/A Essentials is not responsible for melting due to heat exposure during transit.

For best results,we highly recommend selecting our Priority Shipping with Cold Pack ($9.99) option at checkout. This includes insulated packaging and a cold pack to help protect your products during warm weather.

Please bring packages inside promptly after delivery.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on your chosen shipping method and carrier. UR/A Essentials is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or weather conditions.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the package and items. For lost packages, contact the shipping carrier directly, then email us so we can assist if possible.
